There I was , I locked my self out of the car and I had no spare key hidden or available ...I called "Northwest lock" of Traverse City, Michigan and a friendly voice (Bill Gay) was at the other end on late night call... he asked a few questions, responded to me that late at night and was one of the best personalities I have ever met in my life what an asset to the company and more importantly to the public service area. He never kept me waiting either he was so prompt...what a guy.. Bill got me back in my car in no time and I was on my way ... and frankly I expected to pay some outrageous amount...
