When our sign was destroyed during a storm we contacted three different sign companies in the Traverse City area. Only Pro Image Design:
- - came on-site to see the area where the sign would be placed
- - immediately cleared the destroyed sign from our premises and installed the one remaining good sign panel on our store front
- - discussed our needs and budget
- - offered their opinion of what would work best and what would be less expensive

Well it has been a while since Alan walked in our doors for the first time and asked if we were considering changing the outside image of our shop. With all the daily activity of outside companies and people selling and representing ideas and concepts that we so “desperately need,” I cannot deny Pro Image Design had about 120 seconds to grab my attention. Well Alan obviously succeeded, and what a refreshing journey we experienced here at Gaylord Collision by joining up with your team at Pro Image Design.
The Watch-Fire message center speaks for itself by there craftsmanship and representation and it is doing what has been promised.
But quit honestly, I believe it is the surrounding signage that is making our choice such a success. The custom design illustrated to us was one thing I appreciated so much by their computer CAD system. It allowed us to see first hand before any $$ was spent.
Secondly to have the choice of using real, quality materials instead of the “look a like” plastics, was talking my kind of language. Because I know that what I see is what I’ll have in ten years.
